Riding to Denver Removing Web Store Store for a Couple Weeks.

Google Dropping Shopping Cart
Google's killing their shopping cart and credit card processing service soon so we need a new service. Fortunately Square who makes the card reader we use in the store and outside events recently launched a shopping cart. We've played with it a little and so far so good...if we can get it embedded to our pages.

Since we're going to be on the road for a couple weeks and can't ship product we'll remove the current store and launch the new one when we get back.

For those of you patiently waiting we just got a big shipment of regular, black, and smaller lighter weight tees from SOS. The plan is to get them to the printer before we leave. If so they'll be done before we get back. He moves a a lot faster than we do.

    You guys make me so jealous with your ride trips. Be sure to keep your blog updated with your daily reports like your trip last year on Route 66. Be safe and don't eat too much.

Mike Hodis of Rising Sun Jeans hosted a post Inspiration party Sunday with all the trimmings. Rising Sun hand crafts denim and work wear on antique sewing machines using traditional techniques and the highest quality materials. Mike's passion for quality is only rivaled by his knowledge and skill. Took the R100S out Santiago Canyon to try out the new throttle cables...they work, and had lunch at the Silverado Cafe . This place is pretty good. It reminds me of the cafes found in small towns far away from California. The waitress was real nice, the food was good, and lunch was less than $10 including coffee! Pantera motor spotted at Belmont Shores car show today. Thanks for humoring me. This is a test for the mobile blog thing. It finally worked! Since you're here...this car really had a gold plated drivetrain and lots of trim including custom made bumpers. Believe it or not it looked really cool in a strange way. Here you go Barbary Buzzard. Triumph update, Lori's Goat Farm, and Stalking a Crazy Old Jeep

Lucky Triumph Last week's Triumph troubles are turning out to be a pretty good thing...if you're the Triumph. Lori's been wanting to do something with it for awhile and said, "Since it needs a battery I might as well take the gas tank off and see about paint." So the battery's here, the tank and rear fender are off, she's shopping for a tail light assembly, and pondering some paint options. Here's a few pictures of her tearing it apart after we siphoned the gas out of it. Here's a few more with the color turned on. Agriculture Report The seedlings were transplanted into their new pots Saturday. Lori knocked the bottoms out of the eggshells and planted them with Marigolds to help repel insects.
