The visit with Loren, Courtney, and Robert of Sadler & Associates went great Monday. We had a very productive discussion, they had a lot of great ideas, and agree with our preservation vs. restoration vision for the space. They're confident we'll have a functioning apartment and at least a limited certificate of occupancy by late September. After that we'll be able to stay in the building while we finish the details. I have to pee! I'm on a bonsai run to Winslow to meet with the Architect and get things ready for Standin' on a Corner Days and the Winslow Car Show in late September/early October. I was surprised to see the city has decided to use part of our property as a parking lot. Strange, I have to hire an Architect before I can put a toilet in the building. Here's the contradiction, it's ok to grade and park cars on one side of a wall without an Architect's blessing but it's not safe to pee on the other side of the same wall.

Be the envy of the block. Maybe the whole state with the Truckers Jacket from Dickie's exclusive 1922 line. Production of these hand tailored jackets is very limited so if you think you want one buy it now. If you don't like it wait a couple years and put it on eBay!
